2. Service Description

Our platform provides automated invoice processing, data extraction, and financial workflow management services to help businesses streamline their accounting processes.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We process your data solely to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 90 days.
